Contract Manufacturing & Services
Empire Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics offers flexible manufacturing services for pharmaceutical and cosmetic partners — from full contract manufacturing to individual production steps.
Contract Manufacturing
Empire manufactures products on behalf of another company or brand according to agreed product specifications, quality requirements, quantities, packaging requirements, and commercial terms. The client may own the product, brand, formula, packaging design, or specifications while Empire performs the agreed manufacturing activities.
Projects are accepted after technical, commercial, quality, and regulatory review.
Bulk Manufacturing
Manufacturing in bulk quantities prior to final retail packaging. Bulk product may later be filled and packaged by Empire or transferred to the client or another approved facility, depending on the agreement and applicable regulatory requirements.
Mixing & Homogenization
Combining raw materials into a smooth, consistent, uniform product. Controlled parameters include mixing speed, temperature, processing time, pressure, ingredient-addition sequence, batch size, and product consistency.
Especially relevant for pharmaceutical creams and gels, topical products, cosmetic creams, lotions, gels, emulsions, shampoos, and selected liquid and semi-solid products.
Filling
Transferring finished product into primary containers: pharmaceutical bottles, capsule containers, jars, tubes, sachets, cosmetic bottles and jars, and other approved formats.

Packaging
Cartoning, product-information inserts, tamper-evident seals, shrink-wrapping, batch/manufacturing-date/expiry-date coding, serial coding where required, and shipping cartons.
Labeling
Applying approved labels including product name, active ingredient where applicable, strength, ingredients, dosage/directions, warnings, storage conditions, batch number, dates, barcode, regulatory and manufacturer information.
All labels are reviewed and approved before application.
